Free range turkey breast, boned and rolled by hand and dressed with bacon and bay leaves.
Our boned and rolled turkey breast is the joint most people come back for. No bone to carve around, it fits in the oven alongside everything else, and it cooks a good deal quicker than a whole bird. Every one is rolled and boned here in the shop, not bought in ready done.
We make them to the size of your table. 1.5kg serves 6 people, a 2kg turkey breast serves 8, and 3kg serves 12. If you want something smaller, we can roll one down to feed just two. Just ask and we will sort it.
Also available stuffed with sage and onion stuffing.
A quick word on names, because it comes up every year. People often ask us for a boned and rolled turkey crown. A crown is breast left on the bone, so this is not strictly a crown, but it does the same job at the table with none of the carving. If it is the bone-in version you want, that is our free range turkey crown.
Made to order and available to collect from the shop or delivered. Christmas orders go quickly, so it is worth getting yours in early.

We deliver across the county of Surrey, and throughout the UK.
- Delivery costs £5 on all orders.
- Whenever possible we make local deliveries ourselves.
- If we can't deliver ourselves, we use DPD's next-day service.
Delivery lead time and days
We need two working days to prepare your order. Then, delivery will be made on the next Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Your order confirmation email will contain a planned delivery date. If you need to re-arrange delivery you can reply and let us know.

A brilliant butchers
A brilliant butchers – Nathan and the team are great. Really fresh produce, with good selection and excellent cuts for the amateur chefs.
