Sausage Making Course

Learn how to make your own sausages!

Our Sausage Making Course will teach you the skills to make your own traditional British Bangers.

The course last for around 3 to 4 hours and includes the following:

  • Butchery demonstration (what cuts are used to make sausages)
  • Mixing and making the sausage meat
  • Turning the meat into sausages and learning how to link them 
  • 2kg of the sausages you have made to take home and enjoy

 The course costs:

£75 per person with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people.
