Free range turkey breast, guinea fowl breast and duck breast, layered up with our own sage and onion stuffing between each one. Around 3kg, and it will feed 10 to 15 people. It's a real showstopper centrepiece.
The stuffing is the same one we make for our stuffed turkey breast, made here in the shop rather than bought in.
A three bird roast is exactly what it sounds like. One bird inside another inside another, all boned out and rolled into a single joint, so you get three different meats in every slice and only one thing to carve.
If you are weighing up whether a bird in bird roast is worth it for a big table, this is the argument for it. No juggling separate birds, no separate timings, no oven full of trays. Cook it like a large rolled joint rather than three birds, keep it covered for most of the time and let it rest properly before you carve.
We build every 3 bird roast to order, so give us a couple of days. For Christmas, get your order in early to avoid disappointment.

We deliver across the county of Surrey, and throughout the UK.
- Delivery costs £5 on all orders.
- Whenever possible we make local deliveries ourselves.
- If we can't deliver ourselves, we use DPD's next-day service.
Delivery lead time and days
We need two working days to prepare your order. Then, delivery will be made on the next Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Your order confirmation email will contain a planned delivery date. If you need to re-arrange delivery you can reply and let us know.

A brilliant butchers
A brilliant butchers – Nathan and the team are great. Really fresh produce, with good selection and excellent cuts for the amateur chefs. A lot of the beef and lamb is all grass fed which is a bonus and all sourced locally. I live just down the road and this is my go to butchers for everything from BBQ to a Sunday roast.
