We find that working alongside GJ Honour butchers has given me the opportunity to develop and emphasise on consistency of produce, which has resulted in producing a great quality offering to our customers.
The restaurant has managed since opening to construct a reputable name; of course it starts with amazing well sourced produce, and then applies technique and delivery which in turn creates the whole experience. We love seasonality and to be able to ‘pop’ down the road and discuss cuts of meats for possible dishes or an entire seasonal menu and sourcing it, has been invaluable in our experience.
We are very pleased to say that without GJ Honour’s superb offering, we would not be where we are right now. Consistency in obtaining and sourcing fantastic meats and our creativity has enables us to serve a great plate of food to our customers.
