Mix 1 red onion, diced, a little flat leaf parsley, a tablespoon of ketchup and an egg yolk with 800g of mince beef. Shape into burger patties, chill for an hour and grill.
After dicing and frying an onion, mix it with 800g of rump steak mince, then top with bacon and then grill. Bacon could be chopped and cooked before adding it to the meat, if you wish.

Work 800 g of pork mince with an egg, 3 crushed garlic cloves and 3 teaspoons of paprika. Shape into patties and fry; total frying time about 15 minutes, but cook both sides equally.
