Sausage Making Course

Learn how to make the traditional british banger.

The course last for around 3 to 4 hours and includeds the follow

*Butchery demonstration (what cuts are used to make sausages)

*Mixing and making the sausage meat

*Turning the meat into sausage and learning how to link them

*2kg of the sausages you have made

 

The course costs

£75 per person with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people
