Rub for Ribs

Meat is cooked for tenderness, but also for flavour and appearance. The flavour is in the rub.

What you need

4 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

How it is done

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

This rub can be stored for up to a week in the fridge, in an airtight container.
